These GENERAL CONDITIONS govern the relationship between Valinor Ltd (hereinafter referred to as www.valinordesign.com) on one hand and the Users of electronic (Internet) pages and services located on the domain www.valinordesign.com and its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the Site) on the other hand, as well as the relationship with the same when using the information and commercial services offered by Valinor Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Services).
These General Terms and Conditions bind all users who register on the www.valinordesign.com website. By clicking on any object, link or button located on the pages of www.valinordesign.com (excluding the link to these General Terms and Conditions), the User agrees, fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions.

The User understands and agrees that the information services and the Site are provided "as published" and that www.valinordesign.com shall not be liable for the accuracy of the information published and the timely delivery of information regarding the User's completed orders, the User's or other Users' inquiries, questions and comments about products, information about unavailable products, as well as for damages and/or lost profits and other losses of any kind. In the event that damages occur as a result of the use of this Site or materials that require the repair or correction of equipment or information, the User assumes all liability and all costs associated with the remediation of such damages.
The User is informed and declares his/her agreement that the order requested by him/her may undergo changes, which www.valinordesign.com undertakes to communicate to the User via e-mail and/or contact telephone number provided by him/her and/or by any other appropriate means until confirmation of the final shipment of the order to the User's address is received.
In order to use the Site, the User must access the World Wide Web directly or through other devices that access Web-based content. In addition, the User must provide all equipment necessary to access the World Wide Web, including a computer, modem or other means of accessing the Internet network. www.valinordesign.com only provides the information on the Site and is not responsible for any interference or technical problems that prevent the use of the Site due to the User's operation of the computer equipment.

2. User's obligations upon registration

In the event that the User has placed an order and has not promptly requested correction of the personal information provided, resulting in www.valinordesign.com inaccurately fulfilling the order requested by the User, www.valinordesign.com shall not be liable in any way for the inaccurately fulfilled order and any damages suffered shall be borne by the User.

After reading and accepting the contents of these Terms and Conditions, Users who have filled in the registration form on the Site expressly agree that the Personal Data they have provided will be processed by www.valinordesign.com electronically for the delivery of ordered goods or services and for assistance from www.valinordesign.com's employees, and to receive information about www.valinordesign.com's products and services on the contact forms provided by them, unless they expressly refuse to receive information about www.valinordesign.com's products and services via the forms.
All voluntarily provided by the User Personal Data, and other data necessary for their identification in the process of using the Site, are stored, processed and used by www.valinordesign.com for the purpose of maintaining certain functionalities of the services offered and for the purpose of advertising goods and services offered by Valinor Ltd.

When purchasing goods subject to copyright and/or patent rights, www.valinordesign.com does not grant any additional rights of use and distribution, except for the rights and/or licenses expressly mentioned by the manufacturer/distributor of the goods. With these Terms and Conditions, www.valinordesign.com informs Users that it in no way imposes or recommends the use of these sites by Users, nor the information posted on them. Visiting the said sites and any risks associated with their use are entirely at the Users' expense and www.valinordesign.com shall not be liable in any way for any damages suffered by Users in this regard.

The page (link) to each item listed on the Site provides information on the price, the main characteristics of the goods and additional information aimed at helping Users make an informed choice when purchasing the product. www.valinordesign.com is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the description of the goods that do not relate to the main characteristics of the goods and does not claim to be exhaustive of the information provided.

www.valinordesign.com shall be entitled to make changes to the published products, services, prices and other characteristics of the goods at any time and without notice and Users shall be deemed informed of said changes from the date of publication. The information for some of the published products may not be updated, but in case of a placed order online, Users will be notified about the updated information prior to delivery of their ordered products. Some of the information posted on the Site may relate to products, services or promotions that are not currently available or offered, for which we kindly ask you to excuse us in advance.

6. Purchase of Goods and/or Services featured on www.valinordesign.com

An order for delivery of goods and delivery prices are valid only for the territory of Republic of Bulgaria.
When placing an order, the User has the right to choose the type of goods and their quantity, the method and terms of delivery, according to the options offered on the Site. At any time before the final confirmation of the Order by filling in the online purchase form, the User has the right to make changes to the goods and services selected.

When placing an order on the Site, the User enters into a contractual relationship with Valinor Ltd. concerning the specific order and regulated by these General Terms and Conditions, the order is considered to be definitively confirmed upon receipt of confirmation of the order, following the instructions specified on the Site. www.valinordesign.com is entitled to change the prices indicated on the Site at its sole discretion, at any time and without being obliged to notify Users in advance.

The User is obliged to pay the price that was indicated on the Site at the time of placing the order, whether lower or higher than the updated price. In the event of technical errors in the information published on the Site, resulting in the order not being fulfilled, www.valinordesign.com shall have the right to refuse the order and shall not owe any compensation to the User other than a refund of the amounts paid and/or deposited by the User for the cancelled order, if any.

Delivery

7. Delivery of purchased goods

The delivery period for the goods ordered is indicated under each item, and the period may be extended on public holidays and/or weekends by the period of non-working days. Due to the specific nature of the goods offered by Valinor Ltd, the delivery terms of each order are specified by telephone prior to its execution. Our consultant will contact you at the earliest opportunity after you place your order.

- Orders placed after 17:00 will be processed the next working day.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
- Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed on the first business day. In all cases, there may be a delay in the stated delivery times, which will be notified to you in due time by an associate.

The delivery of the ordered goods shall be carried out in the manner chosen by the User and according to the terms indicated, observing the terms of Article 103b of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. The risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the consumer at the moment when the consumer or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, accepts the goods. When the consumer has chosen a carrier and has instructed it to transport the goods, but the carrier chosen by the consumer is not among the carriers proposed by the trader, the risk passes to the consumer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier chosen by the consumer. In the event of loss or damage, the consumer may claim compensation or penalty from the carrier. www.valinordesign.com reserves the right to extend the time periods indicated by up to seven (7) days without prior notice to the Consumer, and to extend the time periods by more than seven (7) days with the prior consent of the Consumer requesting delivery.

The delivery shall be made to the nearest possible place to the entrance of the building or the door of the yard in case of a house. Such "location" shall be deemed to be the nearest possible point at which www.valinordesign.com's or www.valinordesign.com's selected carrier's vehicle can be parked.

www.valinordesign.com may request further confirmation of the order by telephone or email. In the event that the User refuses to provide the information requested by www.valinordesign.com, the refusal to provide such information shall automatically result in cancellation of the order with or without further notice to the User.
www.valinordesign.com shall not be liable for any delay if the delay is due to delivery courier's fault and/or due to circumstances beyond www.valinordesign.com's control.

Upon delivery, the goods should be carefully examined by the User and/or his/her authorized person. In the event of any external visible defects being found - possible damages, bumps or scratches found during delivery, the User should sign a damage report in the presence of the courier immediately and notify an employee of Valinor Ltd. via tel. +359878 881 269, +35932 620 664 or e-mail: info@valinordesign.com.

Upon acceptance of the shipment by the User without any remarks, any following claims for external visible defects are unfounded and will not be satisfied. In case that a damage report is not prepared and signed in the presence of the courier upon receipt of the shipment and/or an employee of Valinor Ltd. is not immediately notified at tel. 0878 881 269, 032 620 664 or e-mail: info@valinordesign.com, the User loses the right to bring the identified external visible defects into compliance with the contract of sale. In the event of a defect found due to transportation, the consumer shall be notified via telephone or email, after which the parties shall set a new deadline for delivery of the goods depending on the circumstances. If www.valinordesign.com fails to deliver and hand over the goods within this additional period, the consumer shall be entitled to cancel the contract.

www.valinordesign.com reserves the right to refuse or change the place of delivery of ordered goods subject to the following conditions:
- Objective impossibility to carry out the delivery in places with undeveloped or unsuitable road infrastructure.
- Unpaved roads, narrow roads, the passage of which is dangerous for the integrity of the load or vehicle or for the health of the transporter and others.

In the event of a change of the delivery location, www.valinordesign.com is obliged to notify the customer about the facts preventing the delivery and to agree on another location for receipt, possible and favorable for both parties.

In cases where www.valinordesign.com has set a specific date and time for delivery in writing, the statement shall be binding. In the event of an incorrect or erroneous address, contact person and/or telephone number being provided when the order is placed, www.valinordesign.com shall not be liable for any inaccurate execution of the order as a result of incorrect information provided by the User. Upon delivery of the goods, the User or a third party designated by the User shall sign the accompanying documents. The third party is considered to be any person who is not the holder of the application, but accepts the goods upon delivery to the delivery address indicated by the User.

In the event that the User is not found within the delivery period at the address indicated by the User and/or access to the delivery address is not provided, www.valinordesign.com shall be released from its obligation to deliver the goods requested and the User shall lose its rights under the order made by it for the delivery of goods. Where the goods delivered are clearly not in conformity with the goods requested for purchase by the User and this can be ascertained by a simple inspection of the goods delivered, the User shall have the right to request that the goods delivered to him be replaced with goods corresponding to the purchase request made by him within 36 hours of notification of such request to an employee of Valinor Ltd. at tel. 0878 881 269, 032 620 664 or e-mail: info@valinordesign.com..
www.valinordesign.com reserves the right to change the subcontractor carrying out the delivery, without being obliged to inform the User in advance, as long as this does not affect the method and time of delivery.

8. Payment for purchased goods and services

The prices of the Goods and Services advertised on www.valinordesign.com are final and include VAT as well as all other taxes and charges provided for in the applicable legislation. Advance payment of the price of the contract is made by means exhaustively listed on the site, as the making of the payment on the one hand is a voluntary statement of the User that he agrees to pay in advance for the goods, on the other hand is an electronic expression of intent by the user that he agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, as well as the individual conditions for the specific transaction, which he himself has read, approved and selected to date. In the case of payment by bank transfer or payment by card, the customer pays only the value of the products.

When paying by bank transfer, the User deposits an amount equal to the value of the ordered goods according to the confirmed order in the bank account of Valinor Ltd. indicated in the generated invoice and only after the deposit is confirmed as received and the bank account is credited with the corresponding amount, www.valinordesign.com executes the delivery of the ordered goods and services. In the event that within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery the User refuses the goods purchased in part or in full, www.valinordesign.com shall be obliged to refund part or all of the amount deposited for their purchase. In the event that the User does not exercise his right to withdraw from the goods or services purchased within the aforementioned period, www.valinordesign.com shall automatically transform the deposit as payment of the value of the goods or services ordered.

9. Returns Policy

The user has the right to refuse and request the return of the goods ordered and purchased by him within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods from the warehouse or delivery address, in the event that they are with the packaging in its integrity (the packaging of the shipment can be opened), complete and the goods are in the form in which they were received with the accompanying documentation ( Warranty Card, Shipping Note, Cash Voucher) for purchase and under the conditions of Art. 55 ( sound goods) of the Consumer Protection Act.
Satisfaction of a request for the return of goods: the goods must be in complete condition with the accompanying purchase documentation. If the consumer has not retained the original packaging, the consumer should pack the goods for transport in order to preserve them. It is recommended that the packaging is appropriate to the weight and contents of the goods. Each package should be securely sealed and reinforced around the edges. For reliable packaging, the practice requires the use of at least 2 different components (corrugated cardboard, aeroplast, nylon, stretch film and/or tape), as the risk of loss/injury of the goods is borne by the consumer until they are taken into storage by /an employee of/ the trader. Severely damaged items are not returnable. Additional services (transport, delivery and installation) are not refundable.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer is obliged to bear the direct costs of returning the goods (basis Art. 55 para. 2 of the Consumer Protection Act).

10. Warranty service

With each order of goods subject to warranty service, www.valinordesign.com concludes with the User a purchase contract with the details of the goods and warranty periods, as well as all the terms of the commercial warranty provided.
Warranty service is carried out only in the outlets indicated on the sales contract, with full documentation and completion of the product. Warranty service shall be performed only by a specialized service center of Valinor Ltd.

Each time you visit our website, usage data is transmitted from the respective Internet browser and protocol files, so-called server log files, such as date and time of retrieval, name of the accessed page, amount of data transferred and the search provider, are stored. Your data will be deleted after the final processing of your request, if you wish and accordingly the deletion does not conflict with legal storage requirements.
After cancellation, your email address will be deleted.
Transmission of personal data for order processing:
- The personal data collected by us is transmitted to a courier company as far as this is necessary for the delivery.
- If you prefer to pay by credit/debit card, please bear in mind that your payment is being processed by STRIPE PAYMENTS EUROPE LIMITED, ONE SPENCER DOCK, NORTH WALL QUAY, DUBLIN 1.
- If the delivery of your ordered goods is carried out by a courier or other transport company, we also provide your telephone number in order to coordinate the delivery.
